Where are you located, and what counties do you service?
Currently we are located in Prrince Georges county, Maryland. We also offer our services in Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Howard, and Calvert county.
What are your acceptable payment options?
We accept cash, check, credit / debit cards (additional processing fee), and Zelle.
Is this company in good standing, licensed, and insured?
Yes, R&C PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT LLC, is in good standing with the state. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
How do I know if I will need a permit, and what is the process to obtain one if needed?
Permits are required by the County and or City for most work that includes new construction or complete replacement of structures. This includes but it is not limited to: Fences, Stoops, Decks, Home Renovations and Improvement, Garages, Patios, Gazebos, Additions, Sheds, Retaining Walls, Porches, Pools, Driveways, and More. Please check with your local city and county permitting and inspections office for more details and on the steps, you need to take to obtain a permit.
How do I find the right contractor to meet my needs?
Finding the right contractor to meet your needs may prove to be a difficult task. While searching for a contractor always check that the company currently has an active license and is insured. Most companies that are licensed care about the quality of the work they do and their name, having insurance will also protect both the contractor and homeowner in cases of liability.
